Core Point Solutions is led by Derek Barnes, who oversees organizational management, subcontractor coordination, and multi-state contractor operations. His experience includes managing residential and commercial painting projects, supervising subcontractor performance, implementing quality-control standards, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Mr. Barnes directs administrative and operational functions, including project oversight, scheduling, communication workflows, and compliance support for government and commercial clients.
CPS is further supported by an established partner network with extensive hands-on experience in CDL operations, transportation logistics, and freight coordination. This structure provides the company with both administrative leadership and technical field expertise.
